m-ec join project team to collect national housebuilder award

An M-EC project has been recognised at a national awards ceremony, taking the Best Retirement Scheme award at the Housebuilder Awards 2019.

The scheme in Humberston, Lincolnshire, on which M-EC provided multi-disciplinary technical pre-planning support, was recognised at the national award ceremony held at London’s Intercontinental O2 hotel at the end of October. The £45m project is a mixed used scheme, comprising 400 new homes (200 private sale and 200 retirement), a new community hub and over six hectares of public open space.

M-EC joined project partners Longhurst Group and Keystone (developers), rg+p (architects, master planners and landscape architects), Bidwells, (planning agent) and Pygott & Crone (agents) at the black tie dinner, on a table hosted by Longhurst Group and rg+p.
