Specialising in residential apartment buildings, we are experienced at feeding into the design team throughout all RIBA Stages to ensure the development complies with Approved Document E and enhances the overall project to create an inviting and pleasant place to live.

Our experienced team also provide input for BREEAM accreditation, including specification of criteria to achieve the relevant credits and pre-completion testing and appraisals to confirm buildings have met the appropriate credits.

In addition to Building design, we can undertake non-intrusive investigation post-completion to investigate complaints, identify the source of the issue and present practical advice to mitigate the problems wherever possible.
