The M-EC Lighting team can help produce Environmental Impact Assessments (Including scoping reports) for a wide range of large-scale projects, including stadiums, industrial sites, parks and rides, and large-scale residential developments. 

With lighting becoming a more contested issue as technology advances and land supply decreases, this leads to potential effects from existing lighting of new proposed developments and vice versa. Therefore, lighting chapters will likely be requested more during the pre-app advice stage.
