Background and industry experience
Lucy joined MEC in September 2025 as an Operations Coordinator. She has always worked in front-of-house, reception, and administrative roles, primarily within gyms and fitness centres. Lucy studied BA (Hons) Musical Theatre Dance in London.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys Pilates, learning to love cooking, reading, and binge-watching TV series – The Office is on repeat.
