Our company meetings give us time to share business updates, recognise achievements, hear from different teams and make sure everyone understands where MEC is heading. They also give colleagues from across the business an opportunity to reconnect away from their usual projects and offices.
Whether it’s our staff meetings, Christmas celebrations, team activities or an informal get-together, we enjoy creating opportunities for our people to spend time together away from their day-to-day work.
With colleagues based across different locations, these occasions help us build stronger relationships across our teams, and usually bring out a little healthy competition too.

Our team regularly attends and supports events across the property and development industry, giving us opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and remain connected to the sectors and communities we serve.
Supporting the causes that matter to our people and communities is an important part of life at MEC.
Throughout the year, our teams get involved in fundraising, awareness campaigns and charity challenges, coming together to contribute their time, energy and, occasionally, their competitive streak to make a positive difference.
Every employee is also entitled to a paid charity day each year, which they can use to support a cause of their choice or join colleagues for a team volunteering activity.
