Nathan Bill Named Finalist in National Property Awards 2025

Two planning approvals for our client Terra over recent weeks has seen 66 new homes move forward in Worcestershire, both supported by our technical expertise.

MEC Associate Civil Engineer, Nathan Bill, has been named a finalist for Young Property Professional of the Year at the National Property Awards 2025.

Nathan joined MEC in May 2024, just after the launch of our Birmingham office, and has been instrumental in its growth over the past year. Working closely with Regional Director Rob MacDonald, he has helped establish a strong client base, delivered a range of high-quality projects, and introduced new ways of working that have improved efficiency across the business.

In just 12 months, Nathan has grown the Birmingham office’s civil engineering capability, developed lasting client relationships with leading housebuilders and developers, and worked on schemes ranging from small residential developments to large-scale mixed-use projects. His approach combines technical expertise with a focus on collaboration, value engineering, and ESG-conscious solutions.

The recognition as a finalist reflects both Nathan’s professional achievements and his dedication to delivering the best possible outcomes for clients and colleagues alike.

The public vote is now open, and we would appreciate your support in helping Nathan secure the award.
