Acoustics team plays pivotal role in securing planning approval for youth activity centre

MEC’s acoustics team has played a pivotal role in securing planning approval for the development of a vibrant youth activity centre in Solihull.

The Renewal Christian Centre will soon be home to a multi-use performance area, sports facilities, and communal spaces. MEC Consulting Group Ltd’s Associate Acoustic Consultant, Martin Hamer, conducted a comprehensive noise survey to assess any potential impact on nearby residential properties. This report was key in helping discharge the planning condition, paving the way for this exciting refurbishment.
