Background and industry experience
Richard joined Richard in February 2026. He has worked in Engineering for the past 7 years, with all 7 years being within consultancy. Richard has achieved an FDSc in Civil Engineering. He’s worked in a range of project sectors, including residential, industrial and archaeological.
Richard has noted that he’s especially proud to have worked on the following projects: Great Haddon, Peterborough (Multi Phase residential with lots of complications) and Stroud Pipeline (digitising of Archaeological drawings into formal drawings).
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his partner and cat, playing cricket, reading, and helping to run a football club.

Koh Phangan in Thailand or Andermatt in France.
What is your favourite film?
Changes weekly, at the time of writing its Inception.
What is your favourite thing to do at the weekend?
Play cricket, usually without being any good.
What is your favourite sport to follow?
Football – but I follow as many as I can.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Sushi!
