The category of Consultancy Team of the Year recognises consultancies supporting the delivery of ambitious commercial property and infrastructure projects across the region. MEC’s entry reflected a record year for the business, including continued investment in its people, regional presence and the breadth of technical support provided to clients on complex developments.
The submission also highlighted the work delivered across a number of major commercial and employment schemes, bringing together expertise from across the business to help clients address technical challenges and move projects forward.
To be recognised as part of such a strong shortlist is a brilliant achievement for MEC. The shortlist reflects the contribution made right across the business, from project delivery and client support to the relationships and collaboration that underpin our continued growth.
This latest recognition follows MEC’s record year in 2025, alongside shortlisting in two categories at The Business Desk East Midlands Business of the Year Awards: Fast Growth Business and Investment. Associate Director Nathan Bill has also been named a finalist for the Pam Aldridge Rising Star Award at this year’s ProCon Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards.
