Background and industry experience
Ryan joined MEC in September 2024 as a Civil Engineer Apprentice based in our Birmingham office. He is currently undertaking a Level 3 apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while learning on the job with the MEC team. Ryan is due to complete his college course this year and then move on to studying at university alongside working at MEC.
Before joining us, Ryan worked in the accounts team at Mercedes-Benz, where he left because he wanted a new challenge.
Outside of work, Ryan is an Aston Villa fan and enjoys spending his free time fishing, watching Formula 1, and socialising with friends.

What is your favourite holiday destination?
Devon, I also want to go to Italy.

Football and Formula 1.
