Why MEC

At MEC, we understand that you are committing a large proportion of your time to your work, so we put a lot of effort into our culture to create a happy, comfortable and professional environment that supports all employees to excel within their roles.

Career Development

We ensure that everyone within the organisation has a professional development and training plan tailored toward individual career aspirations; whether it is the development of technical skills, managerial and leadership credentials, or simply finding more efficient ways of working, we invest in every member of our team, to get the best out of them. Our commitment has meant we have successfully promoted many of our team to senior positions within the company.

We are also one of the few companies to offer opportunities to those starting out in their career through our successful apprenticeship scheme, where we offer entry-level and higher-level graduate apprenticeships.

Be part of a family

Joining MEC will mean you are part of the family, not just the team. Where possible, we support hybrid working, hold regular staff meetings to ensure we all engage with each other and give us the opportunity to learn about the company and each of our expertise and interests. We regularly hold social events and activities and often engage in company and individual charity work.
