Our specialist teams provide project support and advice from the pre-concept stage through to construction, delivering a range of projects from one dwelling, through to larger multi-use urban expansion developments. Our team works on infrastructure viability and concept solutions to achieve enhanced, buildable and cost-effective schemes and then working from this to produce more detailed development infrastructure designs for highways, drainage, earthworks (cut and fill analysis) and civil engineering structures.
We provide designs for Highways Act Section 38 estate roads and Section 278 highway improvements including access junctions, roundabouts and complex signalised junctions to serve major developments. We also offer Swept Path Analysis, also known as Vehicle Tracking, to evaluate, simulate and calculate the space required for vehicles to make manoeuvres. Drainage designs complying with the Sewerage Sector Guidance to comply with Section 104, Section 106 and Section 98 of the Water Industry Act to enable the designs, once complete, to be adopted by the local sewage authority. Schemes incorporate the latest innovations for sustainable drainage in accordance with the CIRIA SuDS Manual, LLFA and Planning Authority requirements.
As a critical role in shaping future development projects, our civil engineers combine their expert knowledge and skills to translate ideas and requirements into deliverable schemes.
